Makeshift Heater Question

I'm planning to go pickup my new m35a2 next friday, so considering it doesn't have a heater in it I purchased some camp cooking (gel based) fuel. I plan to use them for a heat source, they last about 2 1/2 hours each (i have 4). Wondering two things, Is this safe in terms of inhalation (fuel is alcohol based) and what would be a good place/way to secure one of these?

I would not use an open flame source while going down the road. The fumes would be toxic even though the deuce cab is not airtight.

Check these folks out: 12 or 24 Volt Cab Heater 20,000 BTU

You can tap into the existing hoses and have a warm safe ride without worrying about making an ash out of yourself.

If it was my truck you would not need heat. Heat seeks the cab when running even in winter.

Well the can says that the flame emits no harmful emissions. Maybe it still is toxic? Would the heater that you recommended go in the engine compartment or does the heater come with hoses that'll reach the cab?

While driving one of Westy's deuces from Tx to Wi last Jan, I used one of these:
Amazon.com: Coleman BlackCat PerfecTemp Catalytic Heater: Sports & Outdoors

and some "hothands-2" handwarmers by Heatmax.

The trip was not too bad.

Edit, don't go with the smaller BTU heater, it doesn't work.
