I haven't got a date or time down yet because I am waiting for my EUC but I figured that I would at least get the ball rolling. I'm going to be retrieving my M923 from Ft. Leonard Wood. The route I will be going will take me through Springfield and Branson into Arkansas down 65 into Conway. I would like to get some folks info that may be able to lend a hand, advice, possible storage in case I have any issues on my return. Feel free to PM me with your info. Once I have a date and time nailed down then I will update this thread along with any folks kind enough to offer assistance.

Of course I will have the customary chase vehicle with me along with some tools and extras.

I will keep you in mind. Once my EUC clears and I know for sure when I will be getting it, I may contact you for your info in case I run into issues. Thanks.

BTW. Welcome to the site!!! It's nice seeing another Arkansan on here. We are having a get together in North Little Rock on Mar. 10th, if you are interested.

Ok. I have a date: March 19th is when I will be getting the M923. I plan on going in the morning so I have all day to get it home. I will be taking 63 South through West Plains, Mo into Arkansas, from there I will be heading South through Ash Flat, Batesville, Bald Knob, onto 167 towards Little Rock. If anyone along my route or close to my route would be willing to offer up any assistance in case I need it just PM me your info. Thanks.

Is your the 923 with the soft top?? If so I was there thursday. You might want to take a couple of batteries just in case. It doesn't start on it's own.

Also I didn't check the axle vents on mine and one wasn't working correctly and blew a seal on the way home...well it might have been blown already and I just made it lots worse.

Yeah it is a soft top. I had Andy1234 take a look at it about 2 weeks or so ago and got a good report on it. At that time it fired right up. Thanks for the heads up. I will definitely check the axle vents.

Alright today is the day we leave. We are heading up to Rolla, MO to spend the night so we can go first thing tomorrow am to get the M923. My awesome wife and kids will be in our chase minivan. Still looking for some more contacts along my route for just in case.

Well the trip went fine. No major issues just a few oopsies here and there. I love the way it handles. Got in about an hour ago and my right butt cheek and leg are sore. That was a drive but definitely one to make in the 923. I cruised along at 60 to 65 mph.
