Really, you guys think this a high price? I mean it is, don't get me wrong. But, they are doing a lot here. Stuff I don't have time for or may not even know how to do. Wheel bearings- They are changing all of them and converting them to A2 bearings. Dropping the gas tank and cleaning all the gunk out of it, removing all the CTIS junk and rebuilding the airlines. New batteries and also New paint. Plus a hardtop, and cargo seats, and rover, with a keyed ignition.

That to me seems like a lot of work.. considering a good truck that is already running with no issues is around 9-10k.

For a little cost u can utilize your emergency glad hand.install modern pnumatic fittings for all your air tools you'll probly want 1/2 and 1" drivers I can post pick of how to if u want took me about an hour I use it to blow up my raft

A truck without work that's just a myth 20 definetly high u can pick up a pretty good truck for 6 to 10
It's almost better to get one that needs some work go through TM'S get familiar with it DON'T LET THE BIG DOG SCARE YA

Where can I get a truck for 6-10k with all of those above mentioned items WITH fresh paint. The A3 wheel bearings alone are $800 and change a piece X 6 wheels thats $4,800 - $5,000 And rumor has it they don't even make the A3 bearings anymore so prices will continue to rise on them as stock shrinks... All of that on top of the original purchase of the truck. Then I would still have to buy filters, and oil to change it when I first get it....

Your trying to pick up on the wrong hobby if your not going to want to work on it and if your next question is going to be "where u can u get a 5yr/60month warranty is" then no ones going to try to help you. Trucks are everywhere. Google it..... $20K is far to much money.

Buy a A2.... Parts are cheaper and its less confusing for a newbie in the MV world.

300$ gets u all gaskets all filters and your 20 litter oil change just finished mine last night after a 10 hr day at work these trucks are not for the average joe but If ur a gear head she could be ur best friend

I'm a professional hvac tec so far I think I'm more qualified than any mech in town to work on any of my vehicles 3 foul ups in local shops influenced me to pick up the tools and TM'S HAVEN'T DISAPOINTED MYSELF YET

Nice, Thats what I like to hear. What kind of foul ups did you have in the shop? If you don't mind me asking?

Yep.... It doesn't take much to work on these trucks. Just bigger tools that you can get cheap at harbor freight anyway. You don't need all the pneumatic equipment for these (even though they are very nice to have). Just some big wrenches and a couple breaker bars and your set. A lot of the basics are used with standard size tools anyhow.
