Tire and rim info and general help needed

Hey guys I have been reading on this forum a lot recently and getting ready to buy my own m35a2. But i have some questions about some things that i have been seeing on the threads, and me only having experiance with tubless passenger tires.
Are tubes required in the common tires for it?
What are the tire flaps? I think that's what i saw them called.
where do the o-rings go? valve stem?
What's the deal with the snap ring?
I belive i saw that 48's were the biggest that you could run on a super single with out anything other than a hubflip, is this correct?

And could anyone ID these rims and tires? This is what i am shooting for.

Those are recentered HEMTT wheels, you do not need to use tubes with them.

46(395/85r20 or 15.5r20) is the largest tire you can run with 3 axles.

If you mean the stock A2 wheels/ 9.00x20 tires, YES.
