no ctis on m931a2

The ctis on my m931a2 hasn't worked since i got it. When I start it the 5 lights on the ECU just blink. Would it be because one tire doesn't have the ctis hooked up to it? Do you guys have any ideas?

I don't remember offhand which part had it but one has the CTIS troubleshooting flowchart and repair steps.

How do you find which manual it is?

The M939 manuals are all TM 9-2320-272-##. The -10 is your operator manual, -12 is lube order, -24 and -25 (latest version) are maintenance, the ones with P at the end are parts manuals.
