Here's the deal, I get on here and read about "all the fun" you guys are having with your Deuce and I can only "imagine" what it's like. It's bought and it's paid for but it's still about 120 miles away and will not lite. CRAP! I guess I'll have to call the hook this week and get her home where I have my garage, it's complement of tools and this forum, and then with just a bit of luck, we'll get the fire going. The wait is killing me.......

Yea... Its definitely fun waking up every morning walking out the door for work and seeing all of my equipment parked in the driveway and have multiple choice on what I can drive to work. Its really messed up that your truck is so far... Not even within reach.

Got beer? That's the quickest way to attrack help with most MV degenerates.

If you have fuel to the pump, the engine will turn over but she still won't fire off then you may have a hydrolic head or injector pump issue (you may know this by now).

Are there any fellow MV addicts close by with a towbar?

I know what you mean about the wait. I had to wait all winter for mine when I bought my first one. That was almost 3 years ago and seems like a distant memory now. I have been driving my deuce like crazy lately. hang in there and try to make productive time before your deuce gets home. It’s not much different than bringing a new baby home. Maybe organize your garage some and get some other projects out of the way before you bring it home. That way when it gets home, you are all set to tear into your truck and get it running. I know it may seem like a simple idea, but maybe it will help and feel like you are getting closer to your truck. I know when I was about "Done" bringing my deuce back to life after I crashed it, I wanted to get it done before i closed on my house. I was successful and got it all done a week and a half before closing. I hope that helps anyway.

Don't feel too bad. I am over in Bluefield and my deuce is dead in the driveway. Just have to put an airpac on and bleed it, I have the airpac just don't have a "round toit" available. Have to get it done soon as it is due in a parade soon, and I think I should have brakes before I go over the mountain.
