x mode plug interchange between radios?

I have a Greek rt-2841 25mhz radio missing its xmode plug.
Will a plug from a rt 524 work in its place?

Also Im at a dead end trying to find modules #36,37 and 40, anyone help? Will pay for same and ship.

Don't know much about the Greek radios other than I *think* they were made by Tadiran and are therefore the same spec as the Israeli sets (same nomenclature for openers.) Because the channel spacing is different you're going to have fun sourcing spares because you would think only *some* modules from the 50khz spaced sets would work. Having said that, Mike Murphy (www.murphyjunk.bizland.com) has every module known to man or beast for the LTV/Memcor American produced sets...where one of our Israeli friends whose name escapes me at the moment (Ilan?) has modules for the Israeli sets...try this fellow:

Thanks WeC, yeah radio is made by Tadiran, only prob with Murphy is that he does,nt export outside the U.S
