Google Spell check

I have been using GOOGLE SPELL CHECK for ever with ALL MY SS post, now I know that I CONFUSE spell check at times, It has always worked here, I noticed tonight that when I try to use SPELL CHECK, the reply block goes blank, ALL the printed text is missing, when I toggle spell check OFF, it all comes back.

So my question, is ANYBODY else having this problem, just wonder if this issue is part of the CHANGE or is on my end?? because it is going to be fun reading for everybody if SPELL CHECK is gone or on STRIKE.

I have tried SPELL CHECK (it works) on every site on my desk top, so the NON working SPELL CHECK has to be CHANGE related.

Spell check never worked for me before. I tried several times to set it up and most others had it without issue.

Now, with the new upgrade spell check works automatically and its fantastic, but only on my laptop, not on this Kindle.

SC is on, it works EVERYPLACE else, If it did not work at all then I would know it was on my end somewhere, as it is I do not know where to look to find out why it will NOT work ONLY on one site (SS)

Try using Google Chrome. The problem is on your end Ron.

You probably won't like Google Chrome. It a change! Takes some getting used to. But it might give you a better idea and confidence, the problem is on your end, and not a SS issue.

Don't understand how EVERYTHING else works with SC but SS, the response area goes blank, ALL the typed words are gone when SC is engaged (nothing for SC to check), when it is turned off everything comes back

Well I had to call in the IN HOUSE tech support (my wife) she loged in as me on her computer, she had SC, then she saw IE versions were DIFFERENT, she has 9, my laptop has 8, this is the ONLY DIFFERENCE she could find. so it looks like the CHANGE IS NOT totaly compatable with my (and I would guess others) computer. I HATE it when a change (change in it self is not bad), is made then people have to change there stuff to be comaptable with the change, like changeing things so smart phone users can acess rather then phone users changing things. Maybe it was thought when planning the CHANGE that all the members had newer systems and NOBODY had older systems.

ALL well, I guess SC check will be inoperative for a bit, TILL I UPGRADE.

Install IE Spell instead of google spell check. The toolbar add on from google doesn't play well with some of the CMS stuff vB 4.X uses now.

DO NOT understand WHY it is on me because spell check DOES NOT work with the CHANGE but WORKS EVERYWHERE else and worked BEFORE the change, So what you are saying is that I and OTHERS not only need to learn the SITE change BUT also LEARN firefox or chrome so that my and others computers work with the site as it USE TO before the change.

I use IE and the google spell check works fine on my puter.

Come on Ron...the site change is made and personally, I like almost all of it.
You are just gonna have to grab yourself by the stacking swivel and make whatever corrections/updates/changes you need to make on your computer to get the most out of it.

Does this cost because I see "buy it now", if not do I install to the site, my desk top, the header, just where ???, if this works GREAT, thanks for the help

OOPs, see buy it now is for commurcal use, but do see a problem, it is for IE 9, I am running 8, not sure if my older computers can handle 9, have to wait till the in house IT TECH (my wife) is home to try to UPGRADE to 9, then UPGRADE to http://www.iespell.com/ so I can get SPELL CHECK to work like it use to.
