Way to go Ernie, that should solve your cold weather problems and keep the engine happy too. :)
One sold on ebay a few weeks ago, the heater has a circulation pump to heat the coolant and a shroud to heat the oil pan with the exhaust.

i used to sell them on evilbay, had maybe 100 of them, went for around $140. only have one in stock now, mine. search for CP3050-24RBC this is made by benmar and is the newer item used for CUCVs everything else in the kit you can fab or don't need. i have schemetic for the control wiring, really simple.

Ok now I have seen it. I Want to try and hot rod say your camping in the back. Can I use this to run a hot water heater in the bed of the truck. I do not think it pumps water so a electric pump would be needed to use it with the engine off. What do you guys think I will have a water cab heater and a cargo heater. controlled by valves if not in use. I am looking in to a 24 volt apu very simple air cooled engine with a 24 volt alternator. Mounted somewhere on the truck.

There are 2 much cheaper right now. It has the pump built in. It is the water heater, no need to run another.

Edit, no controls though!
