What do these letters mean stenciled on my M1009?

It was stenciled in 3 places, the hood on both sides, and the passenger door. All covered with heavy brushed paint I had to sand..When sanding it revealed NFOCTS....Any idea what this acronym is for?

Is that your regestration number? Check the data tag rivited to the door pillar.

What Warthog said, Army registration, the third character will be a zero rather than an o.
