Yesterday we took one of the Mk48/14 LVS trucks out on the road to the local Quaker Steak & Lube to meet up with other fellow military vehicle collectors. This was the first road trip in the Mk48/14

I had to watch the road really close but my copilot (my dad) said it turned alot of heads.

MPG was my very last thought when I bought the Mk48's - the coolness factor out weighs any thought of MPG.

Looks great! I'm hoping to bring my mk48/17/14 combo home the middle of next week. It should be an interesting 50 mile drive.
