M923 dump value??

I'm looking at a 1985 M923a1 dump with heater, air shift front end, hard top, and 55,000 miles. Overall it's in good shape with clean paint, engine, and interior. The dump bed does show it's use and has some rust but its got good paint. It has 11 G177s with good-great tread. Truck starts up and runs good, drives good, but the ABS light does stay lit. I know it's an endless question, but what's something like this worth?

Try getting a title these days for a truck without one...especially a military vehicle. It used to be very easy. There were several companies that could help you get a title, but most or all of them have been unavailable to help. So, yes, I offered a blanket statement to help him. If you have some additional help to offer...like explaining how a truck without a title can be useful or where one could get a title for a truck where none existed...that would be more helpful.

I'm just discouraged by the number of people that blindly advise "don't buy that without a title". It's up to the buyer to check with their local state laws.

But here's a little fact for the thread:

Georgia
No title, 1985 and older? No problem. Title not needed.

1986 and newer = title needed.

There's also the bonded title route as well. I've had that on a few vehicles, as well as I've titled a few things (DRZ400e) that was NEVER meant to be on the road.
