Ok so in my further investigation to my tire issue (ndts wore to cords after 70 miles) I disconnected my front drive shaft and put new tires in the front and man what a difference. I have a lot more speed and acceleration it's almost a new truck. The tires are now also not wearing and roll fine. Does this mean I might have a diffrent front axle with different gear ratios, or is my transfer case stuck in 6 wheel drive? I'm new to these trucks but not wrenching and I'm just confused as can be.

My second question is on is where is a good place to get a bendix stop light switch or something that would work mine is the air pressure type. I found one for 48$ but looks nothing like the one on the truck and found the original bendix one for 165$ any input on this?

Yes i I have and read all the way thru the threads nothing really fits my issue but I will be checking the actuator. It just seems like there's a gear ratio difference between the front axle or the out put of the t case
I doubt it is a gear ratio difference , not many choices of gear ratio's made. It sounds more like a alignment issue or something in the front axle. The troubleshooting section of the TM's is your next step.

Do not post the same question in multiple threads. That is called cross-posting. It is against the rules.

Your sprage may be stuck, messed up or have the air lines on incorrectly. The shuttle valve may be stuck also.
