Towbar sizes

Wondering about towbar sizes

3/4 fits the M37 series
1" fits the CUCV, HMMWV and not to have to list them all here, all 2.5 ton and 5 ton trucks.

So is 1.5 the next size?

What size does the HEMMT take? or the HET?

I believe the M715 series uses the 3/4" pins, though they need special feet for their weird bumper/shackle setup.

M880 series uses 1" as well, requires special adapters underneath the front bumper assy.

You're right - the pic of the adapters threw me off. I saw the skinny pin on the bottom and I said, too narrow for a 1" pin, must be a 3/4"!
