Tires for a bobbed deuce

I found these near me on craigslist. Owner says they are Aviator tires and read 17-20 and are 45 inches tall. Would these work on a bobbed deuce?

Big mud tires, extra heavy duty with brand new tread, similiar to military mud tires 49x17-20, but they measure 45 tall. Be excellent on a bobbed m35a2 deuce. $600. Kyle

You might want to check the load range rating on the tires, and date code. A bobbed deuce weighs between 10000-11500lbs depending on options.

I found out that they're re tread airplane tires with off road re treads. I used retreads on my 68 Autocar dump but never as front tires.

Thanks for the heads up hungryhunter ​ ... I kept coming across these wondering what the story was... not sure they would be "excellent for a deuce", especially for steer tires...
