Serial number info, truck history??

Look on the outside drivers side front frame, probably just forward of the wheel. It should be stamped in that area. Might be covered in paint, just sand lightly until you see it.

I highly suggest you find the number on the frame and validate it. On a truck that old, it could be on the driver or passenger side. If on the passenger side, it will more than likely start with an M followed by numbers.

Something doesn't smell right about this truck/dataplate.

That data plate is way to clean and shiny for 55 year old truck.
