Help with identifying wheels

Howdy all,
I would appreciate some help identifying these wheels and if you know if they would fit a 5 ton m931 lug pattern and backspacing. They are on 16r20 xzl.

My first impression is No as the center hole looks too big. Looks like a flavor of MRAP. Can you put a tape across and post measurements?

What is that puppy from?

Besides those fancy cut-outs and the relative small lug holes with no chamfer, the center of that wheel appears to fit on a std 5-ton hub (10-on-11.25" BC and 8.75" pilot hole) but the whole assembly seems to be custom-made. At least nothing that we have seen so far, for military application.
