Crewcab M923A2 Project I'm about done with.

Started with a M923A2 and cab from a M931A1. Removed 18 inches from frame and 5.5 feet from bed. Added 16r20's along with two HEMTT wheels for the front. Custom hitch and dual exhaust stacks. Relocated batteries to the side box.

Looks awesome. Man I wish I had a shop when I did mine. I would have slowed down and clean up some stuff that I rushed from being cold and wet.

Amazing job! Please post more pics when you get the interior sorted out.

If I had to critique one thing I would have made the exhaust stacks a little bit taller. This would keep the smoke/soot out of the intake stack.

I didn't want them too high above the cab. Figured with the slant cut and positioned behind the intake there would be no issues.

Yes, did everything myself. You split the floor all the way to back wall and spread front portion out to line up. Several pics on these forums showing guys who did this.
