Front and Rear LED Strobes on M936A2

JR, pulled power from one battery. Those strobes are very low on power draw. Let me check on the private thing. Should have gone on there as public.

Knowing 70Deuce as long as I have, it's definitely not a "bling thing". He is a very cautious person and wants his vehicle to be seen by other not-so-cautious drivers. Too many morons on the road, playing with their cell phones.
