Rhino Tire carrier/airlift bumper question

I am trying to find out if I need to mount a pintle hitch extension (Like the one in the photo) to an airlift bumper if we mount a rhino tire carrier? We intend on pulling our trailer.

I believe its only necessary if you plan on going offroading with the trailer attached.

According to the Rhino web site you should not need extension for M1101/02 trailers. The clearance on my H1 looks fine but no off road use. Again, check with Rhino to be sure, they have to know.

Remove the spare tire, throw it in the trailer. Problem solved

yep, put the spare in the trailer. Of course, my luck will be the one time I leave without the trailer will be the time I have the flat!

You need the newer stowage bracket on the left with slotted holes to move carrier up.
