M939a2 pto

Does anyone know if the pto on a m939a2 is the same as what is on the original m939's? The transmission on the A2 is farther forward and sits an inch or two higher. the pto I have will bolt to the transmission but is touching the frame and there is no way to install the shift arm and cable mounting bracket. To make this pto I have work I would have to cut away the notch in the frame at least 3/4 of an inch.
