beadlocks on 450/80/R20

I'm combining two rims (Henderson 20 bolts) to make a wider, 12" rim for the 450 Sand Trail tires. They are radial tubeless so I'm not sure I will need beadlocks, but they are a low pressure tire. (note I'm only putting them on the rear and using 14.00 on the front).

I can find some more beadlocks and cut a 2" section off, then stack them when assembling.

Any thoughts? Are they necessary?

You can see in the pictures that the deep dish (rim only picture) has a 11.25" bolt circle, while the rims with the tires have the 13.19 BC ag hub pattern. I could change them entirely, but an 18" wide tire just looks odd on a 10" rim. I have the rims and have made nuts with spacers (using DOM tube) for the 3/4" bolt in the 1" rim bolt hole as a spacer and using a heavy "Williams" washer and the lug nuts from the front. If you look close, the outer ring of the rim with the tire is 2" wider than the other rim.

Some machining is being done to make the o-ring joint just right. It takes about 3/16" removed at the o-ring to make them fit perfectly.

Here is the difference in rim width when I swap the rims inner dished part that has the correct bolt circle. My final rim gets 2" of extra width and the remainder, the other rim, will make a great fire pit. Now if I can find a couple of bead locks to cut and add.

I like it.

I have seen people use PVC sewer pipe (18", 21" & 24" ODs) as Hutchinson (internal)type bead lock.

Going to Findlay?
I don't expect to but I don't know much about it.

Edit; I'm on a shorter time frame than Findlay.

They would probably be heavy to send UPS. I'll PM you. Thanks.
