Pulled with Ford Ranger Very easy lightweight trailer to tow.
Towed about 320 miles. I'm going to use it for firewood.
The pictures on Govplanet looks like the tires were aired up. With run flats they looked ok but they had 0 psi. I aired them to 13psi towed great!

Do what you will with the cargo bow mounts, but I used my M1101 for wood and you can't get much in there. I suggest keeping the cargo bow mounts to hold plywood for more space. Then again, you may not need as much space. I usually have about 10 cords before winter comes.

Not that I'm against any SS member furthering their fleet, but it seems like the M105 would be the better firewood toter. Is it just too high to pitch the wood into (which I assume is the drawback to the deuce)?

I actually have a 105 also and yes i agree its better for firewood. The one i have is so nice I honestly dont want to throw firewood in it. I know it wont hurt it but my little girl turned it into a pricess castle...

I have six trailers including 2 105's. Every trailer has a purpose and a place and although the M105's would be best for firewood, mine are 07 and 08 rebuilds and like new so I hate to beat them up. One 105 is also dedicated as a "camping" trailer. The M1101's don't hold as much as a 105 but they hold a lot more with plywood sides.

BTW, I like your z06!

The M1101 & M1102 are a dream to tow home empty with a 5K truck, pulled two from Atlanta & one from Ft Stewart to my AO. The M105a2's are better for firewood as you can carry more and dent less tubs! The surge brakes on the M-1101/2 series help to stop the loads if you don't have air over hydraulic systems found on the M105a2's for your pulling vehicle!
