Sure... NOW you post it... a few weeks after I was looking for it. :p
Howdy,
I picked up a 5kw on a trailer (2009 PU-797C (5KW on a LTT-TQG)) That's because someone did not put the jack pin in, and it rotated and bent the handle. I just happened to look over at my batwing bush hog, and noticed the sidewinder bulldog jack they used, the handle looked really identical. I took the bulldog jack apart and realized the gears and the handle were the same. I ordered it, and put it on. It's nice too, since they also include the hole bushings.

I also just purchased the curt jack. I will bolt on the factory jack wheel. It measures the same length supposedly. I will post my findings.

Fits factory mount. Same length. I have it on a block because I was unloading wood chips wanted more angle. 44 dollars shipped on amazon.

Howdy,
I only know that the jacks I have on my trailers move around very easily on asphalt and cement.

Howdy,
It is really easy. Take the 1 bolt out, take the cover off. Take the roll pins out. Put you new stuff in. :) Grease it up, put it all back together.

Thank you for the information in this thread. I am going to fix my original jack at this point, but if it becomes a problem in the future, then I know where to get a commercial equivalent.

Anyone have the NSN or part number for the complete jack assembly?
The trailer TM section does not have the M1101/2 TMs.

edit; Its there and guess I was more tired than I thought and missed it.

He sold them all if that’s want you wanting to know.

They are available commercially by same manufacturer.
Only difference is the steel wheel isn’t bolted to foot.

The NSN search brings up Butler products as a/the manufacturer.
This is the M1101/2 civilian equivalent, made by exact same manufacturer.

No it doesn’t have the wheel, but I can live with that. You can always install one.
They are made in the USA and are excellent jacks.
Mine are 5k rated. Have them installed on each M101A2.
Spare parts available.

I found a jack built for Schutt Industries at SurplusCenter.com .Ordered one and other than the extension below the foot it's the same as the original. I cut the extension off and the flat foot allowed me to drill the holes and bolt the wheel from my old jack on. $28 is cheap for the jack, but their shipping tends to be high. Still the best replacement I've found.
