I had to throw my brother a bone. He has been hauling all of the grain this year and the 915a1 was starting to beat him up.
He picked up an air ride seat at the junk yard and I installed it.
It was mostly straight forward. I tapped the air line that goes to the air horn with a t and a shut off valve. I ran the air line under the sill plate and brought it out right behind the seat. I had to cut the stock seat box down to 2" tall and drill new holes for the air seat. The holes were the same front to back but the base on the new seat was skinnier. The whole project took ant 2 1/2 hours.
I knew everything would be cool when I saw the model number on the seat. The back pain complaints have dropped back to nothing. For under $200, that is a small price to pay.

Very nice. Best Investment I made in my 5 ton. My spine and tailbone are happy. My chiropractor not so much! Did you use just a manual shut off valve or a protection valve?

You need some of the box to adapt from floor pattern to the seat base on air ride seat. How much you use is up to you. Just make sure to keep your head from hitting the roof. Not much give in the roof.

Nothing but the best for the 20Ton M915 Series!

I put dual air ride seats in my M916, lowering the
pedestal on the PS so both seats sit at the same height,
and I added speakers and a radio... :)

Did you find a place to put the mini fridge? Then your set.

We have the same exact seats in our M915 (or the leather equivalent). They are fantastic seats.
