I would like to give a shout out to J WADE. This man takes a ton of complaints and sarcastic remarks and still stays on course. He receives no pay or compensation for what he does, yet he stands firmly planted. I would like to thank him and hope he continues to stay a member here on Steel Soldiers.

Don't know about the compensation stuff, but he does stay on target, shoots straight, and has helped quite a few members here on S.S. So, I'd second that motion, Aye!

JWADE is a member here on Steel Soldiers that works for Gov.Planet. He provides therapy for us. Calming angry mv owners and providing answers to questions in a cool soothing way.

He's been of great help to me. He seems to have a clear understanding of quality customer service.

The thing is, he seems to be just about the only one at GP who has a clear understanding of customer service. This leads to us just going to jwade instead of going through normal channels. This has got to make his life harder...
