Brake lights go out

Hello,

On my Deuce, when I push the brake pedal in the brake light comes on and goes out when the brakes are still on.
Was wondering if anyone ran into this before?

Faulty brake light pressure switch. To make sure and bypass it to test the circuit, join the two wires so the the brake lamps light, then see if they then go out after a time.

Looks like air operated switch.

Yup - as drmetalmiki said. Short the two wires, brake lights should come on and stay on. Likely new switch needed.
