Zout getting new project M 715

Got all the troop seat wood sanded down and painted - chassis and interior of the bed all bedliner coated - battery box mounted up - some other stuff I cannot remember mounted up.
Doing some final install of parts now - stencils going to be getting made so I can painted them in with BLACK. Still working on the up side down V for the doors so do not be alarmed (LOL).

Looking GREAT! I had a hard time too deciding between desert tan or USMC Forest Green (24052)

Now that I see tan I was very happy with how my behr paint sprayed out also.

Vehicle marking stencils due here late this afternoon. Looks like it will be tomorrow before I can paint them on.

Did get the engine fired up Saturday and sounding pretty sweet after some adjustments.

Carl has a plug wire for you that he took off the M725.

With the help from Carl donating 1 plug wire engine is fired up and running good after some adjustments.
Had to rebuild the throttle pedal due to corrosion.
Stencils arrived the other day but it was just to dang cold to work outside - but today was kinda ok - SOOOOO I threw on the eskimo gear and got them all painted on.
Forgot what else I did but it may be in the pictures.

Nice! Thanks for the writeup and pics. Good job! I looked up the Wild Dog soap, but didn't see anything about it killing rust - I would love to find something that can be used in a pressure washer that would do that.

Will...look back at Papabears K18 thread. All the original stripping down of the paint and rust was pressurewashing with this soap. It's in the pictures so you can get a visual on what it does.

Got the brakes bleed out this morning - fired it up and rolled it outside in the somewhat sunshine. Not much else to finish up on it - thought I would give it a breath of fresh air.
