M1078 Won’t Start

I finally received our truck. When the truck went to load it, it wouldn’t start unless they jumped the starter. It wouldn’t move so they had to push it on the trailer. It had enough air when they got here, so I just released the brake and pulled it off. I replaced all the batteries, and it won’t start at all now, even when I jump the starter. It just turns over. I know nothing about these trucks, so any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Yes has fuel. Either makes it want to start, but thats it. I've made sure there no water in fuel separator, and theres pressure from pumping. I'm still reading through all the other "No Start" threads. I have found a few things to try, but I'm still at a loss as to why it started by jumping across the starter a week ago and now it won't.

24 and 12 volts present at the PDP power points? Instruments and trans selector come up when you power on the ignition?

PDP is power distribution panel in front of co-driver. No surprise the engine does not fire if the ignition will not turn on. Sounds like you got the battery connections wrong.

Check that all relays are correct per the diagram on the cover of the distribution panel. Very important but overlooked step.

I don’t understand what PDP means?
No lights work when I hit the green switch on dash.

Is yours an A1 or A0? The electrical is different between the two, and will make a difference in the diagnostics.
an A0 will have a 3116 mechanical CAT and the A1 will have the 3126 Electronic controlled engine.
