Flashing Header - Dead on side of road

Can we get a Emergency / dead on the side of the road perm. section for the major sections of this site? Maybe call it BEACON or something. Would be great if the header would flash like a beacon when someone is stranded.

Then our attention as members can be quickly drawn to the people that need the help.

Simply putting "Help Broke Down On the side of the road" in the title will get plenty of attention here on SS.
This also why the moderator generally edit titles that have "help"in them when it isn't a emergency. This has come up before if you search.

Edit posting in the correct forum also helps , this should be in the ;

Yes, the word "HELP" is very closely guarded for just this reason. If it is inadvertently added to a title without warrant is edited out.
