CUCV M1009 No power to firewall panel

I had my M1009 cranked and had to removed the battery cables to attach my winch (long story.) After reattaching the main battery cables, I heard some clicking in the process and now I get nothing when I turn the key. No power anywhere. Took a volt meter and I have power to the first power strip on the firewall, but no power to the strip below it. I took pictures of what I think is a blown resistor. If this is the case, where can I get another one? If this is not the case, any help? I have searched around on the site and cant quite find anything similar to this. This is my first post so my apologies for being green.

The first picture is a zoomed out shot. The next one is a picture without the resistor in place, and the last one has the resistor installed in its original form.

That is not a resistor, that is a capacitor/noise supressor for the military radios. Not needed for everyday use. Just remove it.

You will not find voltage on the bottom strip because it is the "ground" strip.

Check for 12v on the diamond shaped connector that is near the master cylinder. If you do not find 12v then a fusible link has blown and needs to be replace.

This is the fusible link you will be looking for.

There is a red 8 guage wire coming off the negative terminal of the rear battery and it snakes along the firewall to the dimond shaped terminal block. The red wire changes to a BLUE 12 guage fusable link about 6 inches before the block. This fusible link will short out sometimes.

There are many youtube videos showing how to replace fusible links.

Painless wiring # 80116,use the red/power on firewall and put the black/ground one under dash for additional grounds.

Yes, but you will need to replace the ring terminals to fit it.
