Quick and easy transfer case id?

While I was under the truck today making my usual sacrifices of blood and flesh I noticed some leaking on my transfer case. Does anyone have a quick and easy way for me to determine which transfer case I have so I can get to ordering new seals.

It should have a data tag on it.

I didn't notice one, where is it located?

Where is it leaking from. There is a rubber plug that frequently leaks, and that just needs a simple replacement or fill with a wide screw.

It looks like the output seals, but if that rubber plug is higher up then I suppose it could be leaking down to the output.
