VIC-1 to SINCGARS cable

I have SINCGARS RT-1523 connected to my VIC-1 via J501 with a CX-1330 cable. I can not get audio from my radio or Augie's cell phone adapter using J501 or J503.
Looking at the TM (from the 80's) it shows the VIC-1 connected to a RT-524 with a CX-4723 cable. I tried using a CX-4723 cable, but it doesn't work either.
My amp was NOS out of a sealed box and the intercom works fine.
I am thinking I fried the amp input by using the CX-1330 cable.
Any thoughts?

You need a CX-13313 Vic interface cable along with the cx-13300 to work.
I have spare cx-13313's

Thanks 86humv, All the stuff I read everywhere and somehow I missed that one. After googleing CX-13313 I found this question was answered by you back in 2011!
I'll PM you when I figure out if I need any other stuff to incorporate Augie's cell phone adapter as well.

Has anybody used the CX13313 interface cable on a RT246 (J22) to AM1780 (J501)? I'm trying to filter out a high pitch engine whine on an M35A3. Or, do I need the MX7778B/GRC

The MX777 is a transient suppressor and not a noise filter. Internally it's just a big diode. Do an online search for 24V automotive noise suppressors. They're readily available and not very expensive, in the $10 - 20 range.

Power cable is a cx13468/vrc, and it plugs into a MT-6352/vrc radio tray which has 4 ea. connectors on top.
Connector all the way to the right.

Ok and the power from the batteries to the radio tray is plugged in the left or the right connector?

You're talking about an AM-1777, right? So, that should be actually mounted onto an MT-1029. If the MT-1029 is working and the MT-6352 isn't working, I think I'd suspect that the wiring is damaged in the MT-6352, or someone rewired it on purpose for a currently unknown reason. If I recall correctly, those power strip aren't too hard to disassemble. As well, if you do the test I outlined in the thread you started, that will show if polarity or continuity is the issue before you take apart anything. I'm very curious to see what you find out!

Get rid of the AM-1777 as its not needed or used in Hmmwv systems.

The CX-4720 is the standard 4 pin power cable that was used with the VRC-12 series radios. When they started fielding the Sincgars series radios they changed the material on the outside and gave them all new numbers but in most cases their the same wiring wise. You'll also notice some 45 degree cable guides on the Sincgars connectors.

CX-4720 = CX-13302

CX-4721 = CX-13303

CX-4723 = CX-13300
