Ericsmilitary had some others ones for 14.50, but they where out of stock. Oh well.

Simp5782 I need 6 of those valve stems. Also do you have a link to the small bore adapter?

Reading this thread made me remember how excited I was when I was doing all the research on singling out my truck from the duals. Glad you have everything in order, I sure have enjoyed they softer ride with the singles instead of beating my kidneys with the duals. LOLFerdinand.jpg

You will want to keep an eye on your front tires. The concrete expansion joint roads will do massive damage to them. Compared to the AT3s the XZLs take major damage on steer tires

Do you guys recommend running the lug nuts mentioned even for 939 series trucks? I have my HEMTT wheels back from powdercoat and hope to tackle this job sometime in the next month or so.

I use the standard budd lug nuts used on m39 m809 and m939 series trucks. The m39 and 809 use shorter studs than the 939 series trucks which is why they use the necked lug nut

I only bought the necked lugs for front axle. Just going to reuse the lug nuts on the rears.

Thimbles?

The square head lug nuts on the inside dual are called thimbles. The outside lug nuts you remove holding the outer wheel on will not work on the inner stud. Only the thimbles will. Not recommended to run thimbles as a lug nut replacement on super singles

Yes pretty much as the studs are just too short to accommodate the regular lugs thru the thicker wheels

Ok, getting really close. All 60 new lug nuts are here! Ordered big air chuck and tire gauge! Should be here Monday. Ordered 96 new grade 8 nuts for rim halfs. Last 3 tires are being delivered on Monday. One of them will be the spare!20190905_163507.jpg20190904_171809.jpg
