Unfortunately your photo does not show the complete MFG's data plate at top of photo. What is the MEP-XXX model?

Are you looking for onsite help, online help or both?

What is history of genset...new to you?, running or not running?, has it ever provided proper AC output?

Does this help? It runs well. Engine is solid. We acquired it last year. Something is wrong with the fuel shut off I think. We had a guy working on it that couldn’t figure out the computer control. Onsite or other would be helpful. It’s a clean unit.

1. So whats the problem?
2. Have you downloaded the TM's from the forum here, for this set? Maybe looked at the operators TM?
3. Have you ever seen this gen set work right? Or is it new to you.
4. Do you have tools and a multimeter? And know how to use it?

If you hit "Click to Expand" where he replied just below my message he explains what he thinks is wrong. Note - Looks like he accidentally replied above the [/QUOTE] end mark and his reply got appended within my message and you can't see it unless expanded.

Print off that pdf, and take to him. To troubleshoot the fuel actuator, also have him test the magnetic pickup before yall spend a bunch of time doing some other troubleshooting
