Anyone know that this is? It's mounted to the windshield frame on the passenger side.

makes me think of the drivers enhanced vision system, maybe an additional monitor mount for the passenger side? Looks like it's designed to fold up/down as needed, and has some cable connectors.
Some type of monitor/display anyway.

I have a DVE mount, and it's not like the one in the photo. It doesn't look like the BFT mount either. I guess it's not a lot of help to tell you what it's not, but that's all I've got.
