Just received my copy of this. It covers the M1161, M1163 and the ammo trailer. Its very complete.
It answers every question I've seen posted on this board.
Got it from Crystal at Growlerme. clawing@growlerme.com for $15 in about a week
Shoot her an email. After she responds you can call her with CC.
Thanks Steel Soldiers for this Board! BPinFL

Please note that GrowlerMe and Crystal Lawing are both affected by the COVID outbreak. I assume you can order, but please do not overwhelm or nag her at this time. See the sitrep (02APR20) about it here:
Growler Manufacturing - Parts/ Manual Announcement

Also note that while the TM 2320-OR-B is extensive (almost 600 pages) this is for only the ITV Operator's Manual, and limited to that information. The service manual is not yet located to our knowledge. Sources or leads for that are certainly welcome, as a great deal of information is missing for maintenance and service. We have service supplements, but not the parent manual.

It would be nice if you could post it for us here instead of putting money into the pocket of Colonel Klink of Growler MFG after he's stolen millions from the US Gov. ... just saying

If you want to punish GrowlerMe, then order the manual. It is almost 600 pages of double-sided full-color printing packed into a binder, for $15. They are taking a loss doing that, so the more you order, the more you hit their bottom-line. Me? I'll take mine from the only source with legal authorization to release them, that requested the TM release only for the benefit of us new ITV owners, and say Thank You.

The Colonel is not the one running the printer for us. Rain on him if you like, and that is your freedom and prerogative that Marines have fought for. If they shut-off supply, that's fine, I have mine. Bummer for everyone else though, especially if they get authorization to release anything else.

Does the TM have any electrical diagram, block or diagnostic in it ? Reason I ask is my speedometer is not working , when I removed dash I saw that both plugs were in speedometer. Then I saw a 2 wire plug (yellow wire/ purple wire) marked engine spd + and - unplugged . Found the other end with plug in engine compartment , wondering if these should be plugged up for speedo as they are not long enough to plug up. Any one else have this problem ?

@SLC - Unfortunately, no. The TM in this thread is a field-operator's manual. Effectively, if it is beyond changing a bulb, battery or light fixture, it refers the operator to maintenance for service. Not a lot of technical info, and AFAIK we are still looking for the service manual for that important info.

If it's helpful to you, most components in Itvees were dictated by the program to be stock or modified commercial off-the-shelf (COTS or OTS) whenever possible, so a search of the component online can sometimes yield useful info. Detective work. The speedometer and other gauges were made by Faria, and I've found some possibly related info from them on their site, posted here. No guarantees of correct info on our specific components, but perhaps general info that may help guide. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply W427...I have researched Faria-Bettes military site a little maybe they will sell the SE0400 to the general public, will reach out to them. I did lengthen wires on plug (engine spd + and - it did nothing for the speedometer or anything else.. I have reached out to Crystal twice for manual but don't want to bug her too much ..Thanks again you guys are a great help.
