Help! An unknown part just fell off!

Installing the intake manifold this morning. Looked under the truck and this part is lying under the oil filter area. Tried to find where it went with no joy. Any help would be appreciated!

that would be what I was talking about . Does it match up to the bolt holes?
Yes! A perfect fit. Without any radio equipment, it must have been lying on top of the transmission somehow and finally fell to the ground while I've been doing maintenance. Whew! Was afraid that I'd forgotten something (that I'd never seen before) during my IP swap.
