M35A2 Glad Hand Valve

Hey all, I was wondering if the glad hand valves at the back of the deuce are rebuildable. I recently installed an air chuck and a tee on to the plumbing off the glad hand and now the valve has an air leak. I did replace the leaky valve with a Chinese piece of cr** just to keep things from leaking. But I hated to change that big beefy domestic valve. So I just figured if any of you had the same leaky air valve and if you were able to rebuild it.

I am trying to get that little pin out to free the handle. I did get the other side removed. But that pin is being a PITA!

If it was done correct then it is a taper pin
