M101A2 hydraulic brake lines and fittings

So I have had a M101A2 for a while. The previous owner removed the surge brake as it was not working. Fortunately he included it with the trailer.
I picked up some new parts from Croft but I will need new lines and fittings.
Does any one know the size of the Banjo fitting for the master as well as the size of the fittings for the wheel cylinders and ideally the line size. I am hoping the distribution block is still there.

I can make my own lines, I just need to know the size of the fittings and lines so I can order them.

Unbelievably he welded a 3" square tube to the trailer tongue bracket and bolted a 2" receiver to it. Luckily I found a NOS one on Ebay so that is ready to be put on.

Lots of people tell me to go to electronic brakes and upgrade the axles. While I will widen the wheel wells a bit, the surge brake system and the trailer overall I want to keep as stock as possible. Simply put the surge brake and lunette are just fine for 99% of my plans for this trailer and simple to fix when they break.

Oh I did search and read about 10 pages, found lots of info but this.

Ok so I am further.
3/16 tubing. with 3/8 fittings.
Found the rubber brake hose to the axle.

Now I just need the banjo fitting.
I may just take it to NAPA and have them fit it.
