You need to get the TM's out and read. The first three steps in the -10 TM trouble shooting guide for "WILL NOT START", read:

"Place the Dead Crank switch, (S10) in the normal position."
"Check the the DC control circuit breaker, (CB-1) is pushed in"
"Check the the emergency switch (S17) is out"

The S17 is the emergency off. Without any contact there, its not going to work.
Had you read that and performed the steps, you would have saved yourself about a million messages. There is a good reason for the troubleshooting diagram.

Thanks a lot and yes ..just couldn't get to it I thought I could quickly get it running ..however was gladly receiving some good info as well particularly adding the Fuse Block, Mod and getting the emergency switch installed .I have almost all the parts except the switch won't make it till Tuesday .I will be installed the fuse and mod tomorrow and read more about starting and give some feedback once everything is up and running hopefully before end of week.

You don't need to wait on the S17. Simply join the wires and continue to trouble shoot. Plenty of time to install it when it gets there.

Well said will do and actually the S17 just arrived ..about to jump on this baby .will keep you posted .
I have pretty much put every part I ordered together ..see pics .Though the challenge even after replacing water separator /secondary fuel filter priming and getting air out ..motor turn but wont crank ...checked the fuel lines at the injectors barely any fuel getting there ..loosened the Banjo bolt after the fuel filter and yes that as far as I can get some fuel pressure..... My conclusion ..potential failed fuel pump..not sure maybe someone might direct me
