OK, check CR4 terminal 1 for +24 V with S1 in the START position. Terminal 1 is the right terminal. CR4 in the bottom components on the parts panel in the back left.
If you get 24 volts there then check the left terminal of CR4 for 24 volts with S1 in the START position.

CR 4 has 24 Volts on T1 &T2 with or without S1 in START position, it gets 24 volt in AUX fuel position.

Im an idiot! I was on R1. CR4 T1 has 24v on start. CR4 T2 has 24v on start.
If you only knew how many folks have done the same thing.
OK, the next steps Kurt gave you:

3) Measure the DC voltage at R14 terminal 1 with S1 held in the START position. You should read about 24 volts DC.
(R14 is located on the back wall of the control cube on the far left.)
4) Measure the DC voltage at R14 terminal 2 with S1 held in the START position. You should read between ~5 and ~11 volts DC.
5) Measure the DC voltage at CR2 terminal 1 with S1 held in the START position. You should read between ~5 and ~11 volts DC.
(CR2 is located on the back wall of the control cube on the far left.)
6) Measure the DC voltage at CR2 terminal 2 with S1 held in the START position. You should read between ~5 and ~10 volts DC.

Good afternoon or evening, R14 T1 to ground stud has no voltage at start up.

Measure also to R14-2. The voltage to R14 comes from CR2-1. Buy that I mean it comes into R14-2, and goes out to R14-1. What do you have on R14-2?

2) Measure the DC voltage at CR4 terminal 1 and terminal 2 with S1 held in the START position. You should read about 24 volts DC. (You said you had 24 VDC here)
(CR4 is located on the back wall of the control cube on the far left.)
3) Measure the DC voltage at R14 terminal 1 with S1 held in the START position. You should read about 24 volts DC. (you said no 24 VDC here)
(R14 is located on the back wall of the control cube on the far left.)
4) Measure the DC voltage at R14 terminal 2 with S1 held in the START position. You should read between ~5 and ~11 volts DC.

Can you please measure these two places again?
