I had seen an ad from a dealership stating they were partnering with a hmmwv shop to sell their fixed up trucks. The braces were removed on both sides. I sent a message pointing that out and asked who would be liable if someone gets injured in an accident. They never replied.

That is evidently a major structural component of the body, the S-788 shelter is supported only by these and the rear bumper

Mogman, do you have a 788 on one? Does it connect where the corners are reinforced and does it use the rubber corner foot?
