I had seen an ad from a dealership stating they were partnering with a hmmwv shop to sell their fixed up trucks. The braces were removed on both sides. I sent a message pointing that out and asked who would be liable if someone gets injured in an accident. They never replied.

I really want to put in a set of reclining suspension seats but as you all know there is a big ole piece of square tube preventing this. What are the cons for removing this support other than not being able to go back to the two man configuration? Another option would be to remove and put in...
