Can anyone get me pointed on where to search for more info for the awning and side fold out platform seen in these pics. I need better pics or specs to help me restore those items. Especially info on how the the items open/close/set up. Thanks for the help!

You will need to reach out to the various military vehicle clubs in Europe to get info on that setup. The body on that Jimmy is a post war item manufactured in Belgium, France or possibly Germany.
