Putting a NOS set of MTR’s (non-Kevlar) and new O rings on my 1123. Just looking to get opinions on the reinstallation of the run-flats or not, no plans on airing down tires for off-road, and plan on 35 PSI front and rear. Any direction or advice much appreciated, thanks.

I always put them in. The compressor is like $35 shipped on epay.
I had a blowout on thd interstate and easily slowed and pulled over, on the runflat.

As others have said, if you aren't airing down, then it shouldn't matter if they are there or not.
But it does mean that you will need to verify air pressure often, because if for some reason you lose air pressure, there is nothing to keep the bead from coming off the rim.

TrailWorthyFab makes some PVC beadlocks that a lot of people seem to love. Security of the beadlock, without the extra weight. Of course you lose the run-flat capability, but if this is going to be a pavement queen, then that won't matter as much.

Wil do. Thanks for all the replies and advice....funny thing is, I'm not even sure they are installed in my current MT's, but guess I will attempt to use them if they are. Will give my uninformed, rookie assessment of ride/sound difference in tires when they get put on, right now they are in a truck in the Carolina's somewhere...

Just put Centramatics on last week.. Stripped wheel weights... Ride improved a bit, especially after 30mph.. I still have some wheel hop, most likely the out of round run flats.. will post another opinion after removal ..

You are supposed to balance your wheel/tire when you use Centramatics.
Balancemasters are the ones to remove weights when using them.

for centramatics they say it will balance out up to 12 oz of weight.
Of course, the closer you are to balanced to begin with, the smoother the ride will be because while the centramatics do an awesome job, every little bit still helps.
