need to find out what TM I need to search for when I go on liberatedmanuals.com to get the TM for operating the dumpbox. I feel like I'm missing a toggle to turn the PTO on, to then operate the up/down lever. I've got the up/down lever to operate the box, but it does not work because I don't hear a PTO operating and can't find a PTO toggle. My dumptruck is an
MTVR 7 Ton AMK29 (some call it a MK29 or MK 29, however you want to call it)
Anyone that has any images of any toggle or lever i need to look for, please share. Any video would be amazing, but didn't find any on YouTube.

I'm sure it's super simple, I'm just not familiar with it.
Much appreciated!

Push mode on the transmission pad

Read the trainee manual
You have saved me countless hours of figuring that one out. I would have NEVER have guessed to try hitting the mode button to get the PTO on and off. It's raining here today, but I'll try it tomorrow. Thanks a million! Really appreciate it!

Now if I can only figure out why my M1165 (has turbo) HMMWV won't go faster than 30mph staying at most in 2nd gear. Was told to test the TCM, but putting the jumper wire in it (holes A & E) does nothing - no codes blink on the light by the gear shift lever, that light never comes on at all.
Also, pulling the glow plug wire under the hood doesn't cause the dash glow plug light to blink either. Was told to do that too when trouble shooting...
I'm stumped...
Will swapping the TCM box with one from an M1123 work to see if it's a bad TCM box?
Wish had all the knowledge so many of you all do on this stuff. Any leads on this would be appreciated as well.

So I did exactly as instructed per the trainee manual. Mode button made the PTO work, but to be very specific, the trainee manual is missing one additional required step to get the box to raise. The winch dash toggle needs to be switched to the "on" position as well for the PTO to work. I say this because now I can't find anywhere in the training manual maybe one more important missing step to now lower the box. I got the box to raise, but now can't get it down. Is there another toggle to flip or hold to allow the box to lower? I push the box lever next to the seat down (the opposite direction of raise), but it does nothing (Winch toggle is still on, mode button is still selected). Anything needed with any other buttons or toggles to get the box to lower? Or what can i trouble shoot for this kind of an issue?

GUESSING only... Dump trucks are generally pressure up to extend the dump cylinder and "gravity down". If you turn the box lever the other way - does the bed come back down? If it has been sitting for a while (unused) it might take it a while and it gets faster as it gets closer to "all the way down".

That's exactly what I was thinking (gravity down), but then started 2nd guessing myself. When I move the box lever the other way (down position), it doesn't do anything. It holds in position. Thought it would settle and slowly drop, but nothing yet. I did this Sunday, so will go check on it tonight again to see if it settled down a bit. It went up easily. There's nothing in the box, so no additional weight in it to bring it back down. Maybe i'll tell my ex wife to get in it...
