With an approved BATF&E Form 6 will it be possible in anyway to import from Russia?
Probably not directly from Russia, however there are probably thousands of them in former eastern block countries or 'client' states on other continents that could be imported. For the definitive answer you will have to ask the US State Department because they are the ones that control the importation of ITAR items. The Treasury (BATFE) and Agriculture Departments only get involved after the State Department has approved the transaction.

Interesting, do you know any of the websites? The only ones I know is mortar investments which I don't really hear much good about and never seen anyone import from them and I seen ATVBTR, they are inactive and their email don't even works. I also seen from tehclub but I don't know anyone who imported from them either.

Since I'm not currently looking, I have no idea who has what. You should try to contact some of our European members, or the European members of the MVPA for leads.

Hey first post here I have a question is 16k for a brdm2 and 6k for shipping seem like a good deal it’s in ok condition and it has a turret thanks
I have started with this same process through mortar investment for a BRDM 2. So far I got an approved IIC and ATF 6. Im waiting on them to get export permit. 18k USD for the BRDM 2. Besides importation. What additional waiting and cost should I prepare for?

Looks like you have a later model rKh (NBC recon) vehicle. The contamination marking flags can be priceless to some collectors— I’ve only seen a single marker in private hands, ever. I bet the “squibs” are still in place to launch them. They are electrically-initiated and I’d make sure that system is powered down before playing around with those. I can’t tell if your interior marking control box is intact or not.

Edit for clarification: the markers are dispensed with some sort of tiny explosive charge, which is initiated by electric current. Like det cord and a claymore. And I’m wondering if the demil process addresses that before export.
