What is this? (Found in M915 Oil Pan)

Was there part of a magnet on the bottom of the pan? Big Cam 3s have a stamped steel pan so they have magnets. Big Cam 1s use aluminum pans

Or maybe something fell thru the pushrod galley and was able to pass right thru to the pan

I didn't see anything in the pan other then that piece. The drain plug has a magnet in it..I did run the engine number and cpl through cummins it did come back as a big cam 3....are the magnets just like a round disc or??? Also I did pull injectors and pressure test due to coolant in oil after another test run to verify transmission works. Turbo is cooked. Didn't appear to be getting oil through feed line.
