M1078 Starter Bolt - Help

I thought these were just standard 12 pt bolts but I haven’t been able to get either metric or SAE drivers to fit on it. Any guidance much appreciated.

Internal Torx?

Edit: I guess I'm thinking of "external Torx", but it looks like too many points for that.

Maybe it's damaged a bit and needs a little "tappy-tap-tap" to get the socket on?

Crisis averted. Turns out a 10mm closed end wrench is the right tool. Thanks for the help and suggestions!

ITS A 12 POINT 5/8 SAE is what cat says their starter bolts are but if 10 mm fits thats small so maybe someone else's design .
