Surge tank screw

Does anyone know what size the screws are that hold the surge tank neck to the tank is? I am having a hard time determining what it is and the TM does not give that information.
OR does anyone have a busted tank that can send me a screw?

I always thought they were rivets.

Maybe they are now, but my M998 has screws, all were loose and the system would not pressure up, it is sealed and tested to 15PSI now but would like to have that last screw in it.
All the ones I see online appear to have screws.
